Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to perform standing, walking, lifting, and squatting
- Comfortable with little to no travel
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
- Strong mixology skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other associates
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely manner
- Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
- Manage bar operation, including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
