Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware and utensils
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral with ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • Experience working in fast-paced restaurant or bar environment preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days for California employees

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar exceeding customer expectations
  • Craft every drink to perfection following proper safety, tools, and recipe standards
  • Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend or upsell items
  • Support all restaurant areas as business needs arise demonstrating teamwork
  • Provide expertise and assistance to servers on beverage selections
  • Maintain commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
