Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to bartend according to state regulations
a minimum of 6 months of cash handling, serving, and bartending experience is preferred
lift up to 20 lbs regularly
up to 50 lbs occasionally
friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments

Job Duties

Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs
interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell offerings
prepare and serve menu items while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency
process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely
uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance
conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits
maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy bar area
other duties as assigned
