Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage standards
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- take accurate orders and serve guests with friendly and attentive service
- ensure the bar is stocked and clean
- maintain high safety and sanitation standards
- participate in team member wellness and safety initiatives
- build positive guest experiences to encourage repeat visits
