Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS behind the bar - cheerful prompt greet guests and introduce yourself
- Apply hospitality first by creating a welcoming and attentive bar experience
- Engage guests by building rapport, learning names, and creating connection
- Ease their needs by anticipating refills, food pairings, pacing, and preferences
- Ready for 'Em by maintaining bar flow, cleanliness, and organization
- Swipe that card - say goodbye by closing interactions with intention and warmth
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and opening/closing duties
- Support servers and front-of-house leadership to maintain service flow
