Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others

- Physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and measuring drink ingredients
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with servers and other team members
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and create a great bar experience
