Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
legal age to serve alcohol
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently
willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
availability to attend open interviews Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible service
basic math skills for handling transactions
flexibility to work varied shifts
friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
interact with guests to provide excellent customer service
adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
handle cash transactions and process payments
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
