Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safe alcohol handling and responsible service
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
  • Provide exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing and disinfecting guest and team member touchpoints regularly
  • Handle cash and tips accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
