Job Duties
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed
- read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
- plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials
- select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to residents
- take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked
- adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor
