Job Requirements

Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
ability to work in confined and narrow spaces
ability to work under variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold depending on season
high school diploma or equivalent
compliance with all company policies and procedures
availability to work during major and minor events

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
excellent guest service skills
ability to adhere to service standards of proper grooming and appearance
ability to complete required pre-employment training such as TIP's and ServSafe certification
basic math skills to accurately count change and balance bank
effective communication skills to interact with guests and receive orders
ability to work effectively with others
ability to work in fast-paced environment
