We are currently seeking an experienced and personable bartender to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is essential to the flow of our restaurant, as the bartender is responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, expertly serving Italian wines, and delivering outstanding customer service that enhances the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about mixology, especially cocktails that complement Italian flavors, and have a deep understanding of our wine selection. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and spotless bar area, following all safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for both staff and customers. You will engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing your expertise about Italian wines and cocktails, contributing significantly to the dining pleasure and satisfaction of our guests. The role also involves operating the P.O.S. system accurately, handling credit card transactions, and ensuring timely service of both food and beverages. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is a requirement, reflecting the needs of our busy schedule.
