Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- certification in bartending
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- be dressed neatly and well-groomed in the approved dress code
- must be able to operate the P.O.S. system, make changes correctly, and complete credit card transactions
Job Qualifications
- Certification in bartending
- strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and Italian wines
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous bartending experience
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- offer recommendations and knowledge of Italian wines and cocktails
- ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean at all times
- interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- follow safety and sanitation regulations
- serve food orders and beverages quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- operate the P.O.S. system, make changes correctly, and complete credit card transactions
