Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS behind the bar: cheerful prompt greet: acknowledge guests immediately and introduce yourself
- hospitality first: create a welcoming, attentive bar experience
- engage guests: build rapport, learn names, and create connection
- ease their needs: anticipate refills, food pairings, pacing, and preferences
- ready for 'em: maintain bar flow, cleanliness, and organization
- swipe that card - say goodbye: close interactions with intention and warmth
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- drive sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
- maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and opening/closing duties
- support servers and FOH leadership to maintain service flow
