Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Certification in TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service is a plus
- Willingness to obtain Cicerone Certification is favorable
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with recipes and customer requests
- Engage with guests in a friendly and personable manner to create a memorable bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
