Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- effective communication abilities
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols including frequent hand washing
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- familiarity with drink recipes and bartending techniques
Job Duties
- mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- collaborating with servers to deliver quality drink service
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- adhering to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- handling cash and processing payments accurately
- ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations
