Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral, and adjust focus in low or dim lighting
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or restaurant service experience preferred
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory tracking
- Familiarity with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to customers at the bar exceeding their expectations
- Craft every drink to perfection following proper safety, tools, and recipe standards
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell beverages
- Support all areas of the restaurant as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Provide expertise and support to servers regarding beverage selections and offerings
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure responsible serving of alcohol and compliance with regulations
