Job Requirements

- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order management
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts

- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or catering event
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure seamless service delivery
