Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Willingness to promote a safe and fun environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company standards and state law
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
- Clean and sanitize bartending areas according to company standards
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
