Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets repeatedly during shifts
- Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks through entire shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Willingness to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old as per state laws
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Committed to team success and positive work culture
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and engaging service to customers and staff
- Create a great bar experience ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate effectively with dining room staff and management
- Comply with safety and health regulations
- Handle transactions and manage bar supplies
