Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Committed to following food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
