Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old as per state law
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail recipes
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service to guests and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely and accurate drink delivery
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Create a great bar experience for customers
