Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to wear protective face coverings or masks
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old as per state law
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to both staff and customers
- Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
- Handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
