Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training and passing alcohol certification within 60 days of employment
- Adherence to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards

- Must be at least 21 years old or as dictated by state regulations to pour alcohol
- Successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems, menu and passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to follow established recipes and procedures
Job Duties
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure or recipe and restaurant specifications
- Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
- Communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
- Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
- Maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
- Perform other side duties assigned by management such as restocking, checking restrooms, refilling ice, and assisting other front and back of house team members
