Proven experience as a bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Knowledge of various drink recipes, sales techniques, and catering services within the restaurant industry
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
Operate cash registers and POS systems (Toast POS preferred) accurately for processing transactions
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, including responsible alcohol service practices
