Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barback
- food handling certificate
- TIPS certification
- proficient in English (spoken and written)
- strong math, organization, and multitasking skills
- able to lift up to 25 lbs or more and stand for 8-10 hours
- experience with POS and basic computer systems
- flexibility to work variable days including weekends and holidays
- flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights)

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniques
- prepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine service
- manage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing duties
- maintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor waste
- ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards
- operate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling duties
- provide guest information about menu items and hotel services
- handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- assist with private events, and other service areas as needed
