Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barback
  • food handling certificate
  • TIPS certification
  • proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • strong math, organization, and multitasking skills
  • able to lift up to 25 lbs or more and stand for 8-10 hours
  • experience with POS and basic computer systems
  • flexibility to work variable days including weekends and holidays
  • flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights)

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniques
  • prepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine service
  • manage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing duties
  • maintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor waste
  • ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards
  • operate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling duties
  • provide guest information about menu items and hotel services
  • handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • assist with private events, and other service areas as needed
