Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience bartending in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's specifications

- deliver orders accurately and promptly
