Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible serving practices
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Cash handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor laws
  • Set up assigned bars and stock all necessary supplies
  • Maintain and prepare fresh garnishes and perishable products
  • Greet guests courteously and process orders accurately
  • Check guests for proper identification and monitor inebriation
  • Handle cash transactions, make change, and record charges properly
  • Lock and store all beverage products and cash securely
  • Perform cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an appealing bar display
  • Wash and sterilize stemware
  • Perform other duties as assigned
