Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor laws
- Set up assigned bars and stock all necessary supplies
- Maintain and prepare fresh garnishes and perishable products
- Greet guests courteously and process orders accurately
- Check guests for proper identification and monitor inebriation
- Handle cash transactions, make change, and record charges properly
- Lock and store all beverage products and cash securely
- Perform cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an appealing bar display
- Wash and sterilize stemware
- Perform other duties as assigned
