Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with bartending in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership
- Positive conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Applebee's specifications
- Serving food and beverages directly to guests

- Delivering orders accurately and promptly
- Proactively addressing and resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction
