Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years as required by law
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Capability to stand and move for long periods up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfectant
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old as per state law
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexibly and handle fast-paced environments
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to staff and customers
- Create a great bar experience through excellent communication and interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Comply with all health, safety, and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Assist servers in delivering the best possible drink service
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
