Job Requirements
- minimum wage to $16.28 per hour plus tips
- ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- capacity to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- availability for flexible work schedule
Job Qualifications
- at least 21 years old
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- knowledge of beverage mixing techniques
- ability to follow safety and health protocols
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- provide a friendly and welcoming bar experience for customers and staff
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- adhere to safety and health regulations including wearing protective gear
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- handle cash and process payments accurately
