Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
- Restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts for upselling
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well served, offer refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
