Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must obtain or possess a valid food handler's card prior to employment
- in Oregon must obtain OLCC Liquor permit within 30 days of hire
- able to stand for entire shift
- able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds frequently
- able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- able to bend, kneel, and maintain good balance
- capable of wiping down and cleaning bar areas
- able to operate bar equipment including blenders and frozen drink machines
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
- able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- ability to wipe down tables, table legs, pick up debris and clean booth seats
- must obtain or possess a valid food handler's card

Job Duties
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- serves food and drinks to all bar guests
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
- presents guest checks to bar patrons and handles cash and card transactions
- processes employee and manager food orders via point-of-sale computerized register system
- relays food orders to kitchen
- completes extra cleaning tasks as assigned
