Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 21 to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with local alcohol service laws
  • Basic math skills for measuring and handling cash transactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or serving experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
  • Provide exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
  • Ensure regular sanitization and disinfection of guest and team member touch points
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Comply with health and safety standards at all times
  • Assist with training new team members as needed
