Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum one year of experience
- valid certification for serving alcohol
- ability to stand and walk for 2-8 hours per day
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to work in warm and cool environments
- stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- tolerate noise and busy bar environment

- valid certification for serving alcohol
- minimum one year of bartending experience

Job Duties
- Present menu and answer questions
- offer samples of frozen daiquiris and suggest other beverages
- take guest drink orders from bar patrons and servers
- input orders into the POS system
- prepare drinks as ordered
- slice fruit for garnishing
- clean bar and arrange glassware/plasticware
- prepare bill and accept payment or direct to cashier
- clear and reset bar after guests leave
- thank guests and invite them back
- serve as barback when needed by filling machines and cleaning the bar
