Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds
- Current alcohol service certification (state or local requirement)
- Prior bartending experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or upscale environment
- Completion of required server training and knowledge
- Must maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and team alignment at all times

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, genuine welcome to every guest at the bar and in the dining room
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Present beverage menus that highlight small-batch cocktails, featured spirits, and rotating flavor options
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all drink recipes, garnishes, and ingredients, including rotating features and promotions
- Recommend pairings and cocktails, as well as spirits and food offerings, through conversational hospitality
- Manage the pace of the bar with professionalism-balancing guest flow, ticket volume, and takeout orders
- Prepare and serve drinks for servers' guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong communication with the service team
