Job Requirements
- Must have 6 months of bartending experience
- guest focused mindset
- teamwork is a must
- 21 plus years of age
- alcohol certification as required
- can effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests
- availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 6 months bartending experience
- comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
- excellent communication skills
- strong guest service orientation
- ability to work effectively in a team
- understanding of local and state alcohol laws and regulations
- basic math skills for transaction processing
Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests
- recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- showcasing extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
- delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guest's needs
- creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar, completing side duties
