Job Duties
- Craft perfectly balanced libations with precision and attention to detail incorporating fresh ingredients premium spirits and house-made infusions and syrups
- Develop a deep understanding of the beverage menu including spirits wines beers and specialty drinks
- Educate guests about offerings provide recommendations and offer personalized beverage experiences
- Connect with guests on a personal level building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
- Ensure prompt and accurate drink preparation maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar station and deliver beverages with style and flair
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mixology trends techniques and ingredients continuously expand repertoire by experimenting with new flavors ingredients and presentation styles
- Work closely with the bar team servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless flow of service and support colleagues during busy periods fostering a positive work environment
- Adhere to laws and regulations regarding sale service and consumption of alcoholic beverages promote responsible drinking practices and ensure a safe environment for guests
