Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- Prior guest relations training
- Proper food safety training and certification as described by law
- Experience working with POS systems such as Toast, Micros, Aloha, and reservation software like Toast
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of proper food handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive upbeat attitude and personality
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Willingness to work flexible hours such as mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage, health and safety regulations
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of classic cocktails and efficiently create them
- Provide outstanding communication and customer service
- Check in with clientele to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including glassware and silverware
- Complete opening and closing duties and follow standards
- Adhere to cash handling policies, process credit card charges, and provide accurate bills
- Manage pour-cost control, participate in inventory, and maintain adequate par levels
- Perform other duties as assigned
