Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain sanitation standards
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • minimum legal age to serve alcohol
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standardized recipes
  • engage with guests to provide exceptional hospitality and enhance their dining experience
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touchpoints
  • manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
  • process guest orders efficiently and accurately
  • collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations
