Job Requirements
- At least one month of related bartending experience or relevant training
- State-mandated beverage service certificate in states where applicable
- Ability to greet and engage customers warmly and promptly
- Knowledge of proper drink preparation techniques and wine service
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to maintain a fun, energetic, and friendly demeanor during shifts
Job Qualifications
- One to three months of related experience or training
- State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and beverage service
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain a friendly and fun attitude while providing energetic service
- Work effectively as part of a team to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with state-mandated beverage service certification requirements where applicable
