Job Requirements
- Be available to work events throughout the week including Friday and Saturday nights
- 21 years of age or older
- Completion of online company training
- SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire
- Must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Outgoing, personable and vibrant personality
- Ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs or more to move product and equipment
- Ability to stand for at least four hours or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or serving is a plus but not required
- Valid SERV Safe Alcohol Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Outgoing and personable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of beverage products
Job Duties
- Serve beverages responsibly and in accordance with client preferences
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations at events
- Provide excellent customer service by being outgoing and personable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Retain and relay product information to consumers
- Manage time efficiently during busy events
