Job Requirements

  • Be available to work events throughout the week including Friday and Saturday nights
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Completion of online company training
  • SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire
  • Must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Outgoing, personable and vibrant personality
  • Ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lift 30lbs or more to move product and equipment
  • Ability to stand for at least four hours or more

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or serving is a plus but not required
  • Valid SERV Safe Alcohol Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of beverage products

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages responsibly and in accordance with client preferences
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations at events
  • Provide excellent customer service by being outgoing and personable
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Retain and relay product information to consumers
  • Manage time efficiently during busy events
