Job Requirements

  • Experience in bartending or food and beverage service
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • An outgoing and social personality
  • An eye for detail
  • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • accurately answer guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice
  • Perform other duties as assigned
