Job Requirements

Must have proven experience as a bartender or in food service preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments
Must be familiar with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
Must have strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Must have knowledge of food safety regulations food handling and responsible alcohol service practices
Must be able to perform basic math accurately for cash handling retail math and billing purposes
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid food handler's permit if required by local regulations

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in food service preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Knowledge of food safety regulations food handling and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling retail math and billing purposes
Previous experience in catering banquet service or retail math is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
Engage with guests in a friendly energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions efficiently including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the venue
Assist in setting up bar stations for events such as banquets or nightclub nights supporting catering and food service operations
