Job Duties
- Foxes Gentlemen’s Club is seeking reliable and professional House Bartenders to support daily operations, maintain inventory control, and provide high-quality beverage service
- This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, accurate sales tracking, and an exceptional guest experience
- Unlike traditional nightlife bartending roles, House Bartenders serve as operational leaders and service professionals
- 9:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Key ResponsibilitiesBar Operations & Service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Maintain drink consistency and presentation standards
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service
- POS & Financial Accuracy
- Open and manage tabs accurately
- Enter orders correctly before service
- Close tabs and process payments properly
- Assist staff with POS troubleshooting
- Inventory Control & Accountability
- Issue bottles from secured storage
- Track inventory distribution
- Ensure all sales are properly recorded
- Report discrepancies immediately
- Assist bartenders during peak hours
- Maintain service flow and organization
- Support overall bar operations
