Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn mixology and cocktail crafting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of mixology and the ability to whip up both classic and innovative drinks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ and possess valid alcohol service certification (if applicable in your location)
Job Duties
- Create and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, and mocktails with precision and flair
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and prepping supplies
- Engage with patrons to ensure they have an enjoyable and personalized experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the space lively and efficient
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including alcohol-serving laws
