Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or bar service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of safe alcohol handling and serving practices
- must be at least 21 years old

- previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
- knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills

- basic math skills for handling cash and drink measurements
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
- provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and fulfilling drink orders promptly
- restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations
- assist with training new staff members as required
