Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle alcoholic beverages in accordance with legal and company guidelines
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent personal hygiene and grooming
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must attend all required meetings and trainings
Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional customer service in the bar area, including:-Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for customers at the bar and in the restaurant-Helping customers be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making customers feel taken care of during their visit-Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service-Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages-Set up the bar-Maintain a clean work station-Stock beer, wine and liquor-Make daiquiri mix-Clean daiquiri and Bushwacker machines-Process to-go orders-Must attend required meetings
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.-Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures
