Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Master beverage recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar area
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to enhance guest experience
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately when applicable
