Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

  • Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
  • Master beverage recipes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar area
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to enhance guest experience
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately when applicable
