Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to comply with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Teamwork and reliability
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile as they are seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
