Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced and distracting environments
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- Adherence to company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Must be clean, neat and professional in appearance
- Must listen carefully and communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Skilled in using Micros or similar POS systems
- Knowledge of food and drink menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to dress code
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual issues
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain accurate financial transactions and personal bank
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and notify management as needed
- Follow all bar recipes
- Keep station clean and orderly
- Greet guests promptly and take accurate orders
- Understand menu items and answer guest questions
- Enter orders into Micros correctly
- Complete station side work and manage sales
- Operate Micros and handle credit transactions
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- Work efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
- Participate in incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisitions
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Assist other team members
- Buss and reset tables
- Maintain guest satisfaction through timely service
- Foster positive relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with guests and team
- Smiling and friendly demeanor
- Follow dress code
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment
