Job Description

Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a vibrant and energetic restaurant brand rooted deeply in the spirit of Louisiana. Founded by two LSU walk-on basketball players, Walk-On's is more than a dining establishment; it is a story of heart, hustle, and the underdog spirit that resonates through every aspect of the business. Starting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the founders transformed their passion into a successful restaurant concept that combines scratch-made food with a lively gameday atmosphere. This restaurant chain has grown into a nationally recognized brand while successfully maintaining its commitment to quality, community, and an inclusive, family-like culture.
